McCownGordon gives to several K-State colleges
The future is arguably the most important form of time. In it lies goals, opportunities and promise. The future is not driven by one person, it is driven by an entire generation. Realizing this, McCownGordon gave generous gifts to the Colleges of Architecture Planning and Design, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, and Engineering.
“McCownGordon believes in giving back to the communities where our associates live and work,” said Sheri Johnson, senior vice president of marketing for McCownGordon. “Many of our team members are K-State grads, and we also have ties to the university through our Manhattan office, which has constructed several projects for the university and KSU Foundation.”
McCownGordon hopes these gifts will provide more options for students to learn and innovate in their field. “We hope these gifts will give students additional opportunities and resources to learn, innovate, explore and achieve great things during their time at K-State.” Johnson said.
McCownGordon hopes that these gifts will create a legacy of giving students opportunities to achieve their goals and accomplish their academic dreams. “We at McCownGordon believe a rewarding college experience prepares students for successful careers,” Johnson said. “We hope that our gifts will have the same lasting impact on students currently working toward earning degrees.”
