We are proud to be recognized among some of the very best organizations in the country.”

KSU Foundation’s employee survey data was paired with an in-depth culture brief submitted by the foundation culture and engagement team to answer questions about employee demographics, programs aimed at retention and culture enhancement, compensation practices and benefits. The KSU Foundation’s score on the Great Place to Work Trust Index was compared to the data established over 30 years of research across the country and industries. KSU Foundation survey results and reporting rating met or exceeded benchmarks required for certification.

“I find this to be evidence that we truly care about our people, pursue extraordinary outcomes for the university we serve and make a contribution to the community we live in,” said Jill Trego, vice president of culture and engagement of the KSU Foundation.
