Eligibility requirements for the K-State Proud application are as follows:
- The student’s emergency financial situation is temporary.
- Other sources of gift aid are unavailable.
- The student is currently enrolled in a degree seeking program.
Applications may be submitted throughout the year and are reviewed on a weekly basis throughout the semester and at least monthly during breaks. Recipients are selected based on recommendations from the Student Opportunity Award Committee.
