KSU Foundation named DiversityJobs.com top employer for second consecutive year

KSU Foundation has been named a top employer by DiversityJobs.com for the second consecutive year; recognizing the foundation’s dedication and commitment to building a diverse workforce and culture. As a DiversityJobs top employer for 2021, KSU Foundation has demonstrated values of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is consistent in reaching out to hire from all diverse groups so the most qualified candidates can rise to the top of their careers.

KSU Foundation’s Inclusion Council
In 2019, foundation leadership created an inclusion council to provide recommendations that further develop the team on issues of diversity and inclusion. The Talent and Culture team also partners with colleagues from across the organization to recruit among diverse populations.
