Our culture
You can grow here
Our organization provides professional development funds for our employees each year. Foundation employees take advantage of everything from professional organization memberships to onsite workshops with Disney to skill-building conferences.
We’re a Gallup Strengths organization, so we’ll work with you to uncover your personal path to professional success and bring out your leadership capabilities. And through our partnership with the Kansas Leadership Center, we ensure every employee has a chance to lead and engage colleagues.
Complimentary membership to EAB — an organization that supports school and student success — and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education is also provided.
Our growth opportunities
- Continuous opportunities for growth within your role and promotions
- Custom internal professional development and training opportunities
- Annual budget for conference and seminar attendance
- Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning
You can be yourself here
We know the most powerful teams contain a diverse range of personalities and identities who are valued for their unique contributions. The foundation’s Inclusion Council regularly organizes fun events, guest speakers and more to promote greater understanding and a sense of belonging.
This Inclusion Council’s work spans internal and external projects:
- Employee-led celebrations and educational activities throughout the year
- Listening Lounge presentations by guest speakers
- Annual “Tastes of the Foundation” food festival
- And more
