K-State’s award-winning Staley School of Leadership Studies draws students from every academic college to invest in community and lead for good. Through service in and out of the classroom, faculty members help students push past comfort zones to discover their strengths for a lifetime of learning and leadership.

  • Engage students with community. Leadership studies offers service-learning experiences to challenge students and practice leadership beyond campus. Whether you provide materials and transportation for teams or operational funding, your support delivers transformational opportunities for students to apply their leadership education to real challenges faced by our communities.
  • Enhance faculty. K-State’s leadership studies has built a strong international reputation for cultivating undergraduate leaders and expanding the study and practice of civic leadership.
