Charity registration and disclosure statements

The Kansas State University Foundation (“Foundation”) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization soliciting tax deductible private contributions for the benefit of KansasStateUniversity. The Foundation is registered to solicit charitable contributions with the appropriate governing authorities in all states requiring registration. In addition, if you are a resident of the following states we are required to advise you that a copy of our financial report is available directly through their offices as follows:
