K-State’s award-winning Staley School of Leadership draws students from every academic college to invest in community and lead for good. Through service in and out of the classroom, faculty members help students push past comfort zones to discover their strengths for a lifetime of learning and leadership.

  • Engage students with community. Leadership studies offers service-learning experiences to challenge students and practice leadership beyond campus. Whether you provide materials and transportation for teams or operational funding, your support delivers transformational opportunities for students to apply their leadership education to real challenges faced by our communities.
  • Enhance faculty. K-State’s leadership studies has built a strong international reputation for cultivating undergraduate leaders and expanding the study and practice of civic leadership. Your support means our extraordinary team can diversify the network and expertise offered to our students and extend training opportunities off campus.
  • Foster innovative learning. To develop and prepare leaders for the challenges they will face, we leverage cutting-edge resources and work to expand the capacity of the Staley School to become a national center for civic leadership.
